On 30 January, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak as a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern" (PHEIC). As the outbreak intensified, WHO declared on 11 March that novel coronavirus (COVID-19) can be characterized as a pandemic. Huizhou Green communication equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd has invested in the production workshop renovation and production and testing equipment according to the medical mask standards, and has built a 1,900-square-meter 10,000-level purification production workshop. The initial investment target is to realize the capacity of 300,000 disposable protective masks per day. Up to now, the company has realized the capacity of 300,000 KN95 protective masks per day and 300,000 disposable protective masks per day.
